Financial Education in Schools
Economic@mente is a project by ANASF (National Association of Financial Advisors) aimed at raising the financial literacy of young savers. The program is specifically designed for students in the third, fourth, and fifth years of Italian upper secondary schools.
The project’s innovative approach starts with the real needs of the students, helping them develop the skills required to set and achieve goals based on their own priorities. Beginning with the concept of the life cycle and an analysis of key family transition events, it highlights the importance of financial planning to reach personal objectives effectively and efficiently. Topics such as investing, borrowing, protection and retirement planning, and overall financial strategy are explored in depth.
I have had the pleasure of participating in the project since its inception in 2009, and I continue to collaborate actively with various high schools to this day.
