What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It
Pursuant to Article 13 of GDPR 2016/679, we provide the following information:
Personal data collected through the website are processed in order to provide the services requested by clients, as well as to fulfill any related legal obligations. Providing such personal data is essential to deliver the requested services, and refusal to provide them would make it impossible to perform these services. These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information about website use and to check its proper functioning, to identify anomalies and/or misuse, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical cybercrimes against the site or third parties. Except for this possibility, web contact data do not persist for more than seven days.
In the case of newsletter registration or requests for first contact or queries, the collected data include: first name, last name, email, phone number.
